im sorry for din update my blog for decades~
my sis is so noisy thr!
complaint i din upload any post!
so i upload this bak zhang post lo~
sis, mom ask me to upload this let u feel hungry~~

this is the nyonya style bak zhang
given by my aunty~
the nyonya style bk zhang
they hav salted egg~meat~mushroom~ chessnut
wats the different between the biasa bak zhang?
the difference is the meat and mushroom is all cut into cube size~
fry it wif some spices and pepper~

this is actually the kee chang( yellowish-tasteless dumpling)
its actually smaller compare to the biasa bak chang~
the difference is this kee chang is in yellow colour~
and this kee chang do not hav any other ingredients inside~
